Steven Dahlke
Steven Dahlke received his Master of Music from Manhattan School of Music where he was a student of Adele Addison, and is now pursuing the Doctor of Musical Arts degree at University of Southern California. As vocal soloist he has appeared with the Aspen Music Festival, Seattle Symphony Pops, Oregon Symphony Orchestra, Oregon Symphony POPS, Portland Youth Philharmonic, Portland Baroque Orchestra, and Oregon Repertory Singers. He has played many leading roles in legitimate and musical theatre/operetta in the Pacific Northwest. A native of Portland, Oregon, Steven relocated to LA in the fall of 2001.
Steven is an accomplished and active music director on the West Coast, and has conducted dozens of productions at Orange County High School of the Arts, Musical Youth Arts Repertory Theatre, Downey Civic Light Opera, and Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre. Steven has served on the voice faculties of Linfield College and Lewis and Clark College in Oregon; the faculties Of California State University, Northridge Extension Division and Theatre of Arts in Southern California; and Orange County High School of the Arts and Fullerton College, where he has worked since 2002.
